The Company:

Our client is a well-established market leader, delivering innovative technology solutions used by major organisations across the automotive and mobility sector. With continued growth and strong customer demand, they are expanding their commercial support function to ensure customers receive excellent onboarding, training and ongoing support.

The Role:

This role supports account management activity, helping customers get maximum value from the platform. You will work closely with the Commercial team, supporting them with customer onboarding, delivering product training and acting as a key day-to-day contact for customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the commercial team in managing and developing customer relationships.
  • Delivering remote onboarding and product training sessions to new and existing clients.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customer questions and support requests.
  • Working with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Helping customers understand how to get the most value from the platform.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.

Your Background:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and supporting commercial teams. You may currently be working in sales support, customer success, administration or vehicle purchasing and looking to build further experience in a commercial environment.

Key qualities include:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence delivering online demonstrations or training sessions.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment.
  • Proactive and eager to develop within a commercial role.
