About the business

We’re partnering with a high-growth, premium challenger brand in the food category, one that has scaled fast, built genuine brand love, and secured major UK retail listings. They’re now looking for a National Account Executive/Junior National Account Manager to support their Retail Sales team across key grocery and specialist accounts.

This is not a “graduate stepping stone” role. They’re looking for someone with:

  • Commercial maturity
  • Experience in branded FMCG
  • Confidence being involved in retailer conversations
  • A detail-first mindset with strong admin skills
  • The ability to manage deadlines without noise

The Role

You’ll support the Retail Sales team in managing major UK customers, including:

  • Sales reporting and analysis
  • Promotional planning & execution
  • Forecasting and supply coordination
  • Joint Business Planning support
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance
