The Role: As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting and managing relationships with existing customers. Your focus will be on ensuring clients are happy, engaged with the platform, and getting maximum value from the technology. Working alongside senior colleagues and internal teams, you’ll help deliver great customer experiences, support account reviews, and act as a trusted point of contact for your clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and becoming a trusted contact.
- Supporting regular account check-ins and reviews to ensure customers are satisfied and engaged.
- Helping customers understand and get the most value from the platform.
- Responding to customer questions and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Identifying ways the platform could further support clients’ businesses.
- Gathering customer feedback and helping share insights internally to improve the product and service.
Your Background: We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, communicates well, and wants to grow within account management. 1–3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (account management, customer success, or sales support). An interest in the automotive sector or B2B SaaS would be beneficial. Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers. Organised and proactive, with good attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop in the role.
