The Company:

We’re partnering with a global organisation undergoing a major transformation across its international operations. With teams spanning North America, Europe and beyond, this business is investing heavily in new technology, new processes, and new ways of working. This is a rare opportunity to join at the early stages of a large-scale, global programme, where systems are being built, rolled out, and embedded across multiple markets. Rather than maintaining the status quo, this team is focused on building something new from the ground up and they need the right people to help make it work in the real world.

The Role:

You’ll sit at the heart of a global transformation programme, helping teams understand, adopt, and successfully use new systems and tools. Your role is to take complex, technical concepts and turn them into clear, practical learning experiences that people can actually use. You’ll work across global projects supporting the rollout of new platforms (including CRM systems), designing training content, and ensuring users feel confident navigating change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering engaging training.
  • Translating complex systems into simple, user-friendly content.
  • Running training needs analysis to identify gaps and build targeted solutions.
  • Collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders globally.
  • Supporting system rollouts across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Providing post-launch support and continuously improving training approaches.
  • Building and maintaining knowledge resources and best practices.

Profile of Person:

We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited by change. This role suits someone who enjoys figuring things out, asking questions, and improving how things work, not just maintaining them.

You’ll likely have:

  • Experience in instructional design, systems training, or L&D.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • The ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working on projects, system rollouts, or transformation initiatives.
  • A highly organised, detail-focused approach.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
  • Experience working in global or multi-time-zone environments.

Why Apply?

If you’re curious, proactive, and want to work on something genuinely new, this role offers the chance to be part of a global transformation programme from the ground up. You’ll play a visible role in shaping how teams adopt new technology, working across international markets on projects that have real impact.
