The Role:
Own the Process. Deliver Excellence. Keep Customers Moving. This role is vital in keeping everything running smoothly—handling orders, managing administration, and providing exceptional support.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Vehicle Order Process: Manage orders from initial request to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Support: Be the go-to contact for customers, keeping them updated and resolving any queries with professionalism and care.
- Administration & Coordination: Handle all related admin tasks, from processing paperwork to updating systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to guarantee a smooth order journey.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges proactively, identifying solutions that keep the process moving and the customer happy.
