Build a CRM function from the ground up for one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger food businesses.

We're partnering with an ambitious, founder-led consumer goods business that is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

Over the next 12 months, the business will launch multiple new brands alongside a brand-new ecommerce marketplace, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to build and shape customer retention across an expanding portfolio.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit years of legacy processes.

It's an opportunity to create them.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of CRM strategy across multiple consumer brands, helping to build a best-in-class customer journey that increases retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.

Working closely with Brand, Ecommerce and Commercial teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in how customers engage with an exciting portfolio of products as the business continues to scale.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the CRM strategy across multiple consumer brands.
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys using Klaviyo.
  • Develop audience segmentation and personalised lifecycle campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Launch and optimise loyalty, referral and subscription programmes.
  • Analyse campaign performance and turn data into commercial recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure CRM activity aligns with wider marketing campaigns.
  • Help shape the customer experience as a brand-new ecommerce marketplace launches.
  • Technology

You’ll be working with platforms including

  • Shopify
  • Subscription and loyalty platforms
  • Ecommerce reporting and analytics tools

About You

You’ll likely have 3+ years’ experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing within an ecommerce, D2C or consumer brand environment.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with data, automation and customer experience.

You’ll be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities and bringing new ideas to the table in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience within food or drink isn’t essential. Strong CRM capability, curiosity and a desire to build are far more important.

Why This Role?

There aren’t many opportunities like this.

Rather than joining an established CRM function, you’ll have the chance to build one across multiple brands during a period of significant growth and investment.

You’ll have genuine ownership, influence and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer retention and business performance from day one.

If you’re looking for a role where you can build something meaningful, not simply maintain what’s already there, we’d love to hear from you.
