As the business gears up for growth over the next year we\’re seeking a visionary Marketing professional to drive brand awareness and accelerate sales growth. This role isn\’t just about traditional marketing—it\’s about crafting compelling narratives that resonate with consumers who share the same values.

The Role:
This role has a big part to play with this business and will play an integral role moving forward as they strengthen relationships with retailers and launch new products into the category.
As a Brand Manager you will determine activation and brand strategy across the retailer landscape. Part of the role will include working closely with the Commercial Sales team and you will be responsible for helping mould the pricing model, promotion activation, product portfolio and campaign management.

- Plan and execute all Brand marketing projects.
- Plan Trade PR and outreach and nurture contacts ongoing.
- Lead on digital activation and optimisation.
- Lead on all sampling activity.
- Manage the social media and CRM strategy.
- Be the brand guardian across the whole customer portfolio, making sure tone of voice and look and feel is consistent for your brand but also others!
- Support the wider team on NPD launches and best practice.
What you need to bring:
You will need to be someone who has good experience within brand marketing and ideally in the FMCG sector – ideally in Food & Beverage – but also experience of digital and perhaps even launching NPD into the market.

- 2 – 3 years of brand marketing experience.
- Ideally alongside this, digital marketing exposure.
- Prior FMCG marketing experience ideally in the Food & Beverage space.
- The ability to work across brands in an SME like environment.
- Campaign planning experience.
- Confidence managing budgets & allocating where required.
- Being able to work autonomously but also love pitching in to team activities.
- Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
