To support our growing Technical Team in the disassembly of various aircraft projects to perform aircraft disassembly as directed by GPC team, document the parts removed and liaise with Logistics team.
You will perform daily work scope based on aircraft parts needing removal as directed by the customer/Head of Technical or Technical Leader.
Assists Technical Leader with any work that needs to be completed.
- Working as part of a team to ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts and components from various aircrafts and that these are clearly labelled/documented on behalf of our customers.
- To read/interpret AMMs & IPCs and e Cube Best Practice Guides, such that component removal can be managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Working as a team to ensure each aircraft disassembly project is delivered to the time committed to the customer.
- To raise any non-conformities/risk of damage to your Technical Team Leader.
- Ability to identify damaged components by visual methods.
- To work closely the Technical Team Leader and Head of Customer Projects to deliver the best customer experience for all e Cube Customers, balanced by the recognition of the need to be efficient across our working practices.
- To support the daily reviews, Team Project Boards.
- To work with various tools/equipment and ensure all items are well always maintained and in good state of repair.
- To actively support the continuous improvement projects within the business to help improve quality, productivity, etc. and to raise issues and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- To promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines.
- Supporting the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity to maintain operational growth.
- Work in conjunction with other functional teams, ensuring that the resources required to support the projects are in place.
