We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our sales team. This role supports the sales function by managing aircraft component documentation and handling customer enquiries across our e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling, verifying, and maintaining trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA).
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for sales and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, PartsBase), website and social media platforms.
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the listing and updating of inventory on e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate invoices.
- Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, leads, and order status.
- Assist in generating sales reports and supporting inventory planning.

Location: St Athan
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 3:30pm Friday
