We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage product listings on our website. This role involves uploading products for sale, maintaining accurate and appealing listings, and providing excellent customer support. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload new products to our website, including high-quality photos and clear, engaging descriptions
- Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date
- Remove or update listings promptly when items are sold
- Organise and manage product images and content efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with general website content updates as required
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident in using content management systems – ideally (WordPress/ Woo Commerce/Shopify/Amazon and eBay)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online listings
- Basic photo editing skills but will work alongside Social Media Specialist
