Part time (0.4 FTE) required for September 2026. Reducing workload and improving staff well-being are priorities for the Board of Directors at Hatton Academies Trust. We fully support workload reform and the development of teachers, enabling them to concentrate on teaching and learning; and we believe every teacher is entitled to the best possible CPD.
We have been working hard to support the improvements in our Primary Academies and are looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join the team, so that we can continue to really make a difference to the way we teach, the standard of education and the outcomes for our children. As with all classes in our small, friendly village academy, the children are taught in a mixed age class combining Year 3 and Year 4.
