ECT’s Passenger Assistants work with drivers to provide door-to-door and school transport for vulnerable individuals, with full training provided. Roles are casual (Relief PAs) with flexible shifts, based at ECT’s Greenford Depot.
PAs earn £11.44 per hour plus holiday pay and are covered by a six-month probation. Uniform is provided and sick/holiday pay schemes apply, along with safety and safeguarding training.
