We're seeking an experienced Technology Operational Resilience Lead to support the transition of Operational Resilience capabilities into a scalable operating model within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Resilience programme-to-BAU transition activities
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies
- Manage delivery plans, governance, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support senior stakeholders with reporting, regulatory deliverables, and key initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Risk, and Resilience functions
- Embed performance metrics, controls, and continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
