We're seeking an experienced Technology Operational Resilience Lead to support the transition of Operational Resilience capabilities into a scalable operating model within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operational Resilience programme-to-BAU transition activities
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies
  • Manage delivery plans, governance, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Support senior stakeholders with reporting, regulatory deliverables, and key initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Risk, and Resilience functions
  • Embed performance metrics, controls, and continuous improvement practices

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation and BAU transition programmes
  • Strong delivery management, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Background in Technology, Risk, Controls, or Operational Resilience
  • Experience working within a large bank or highly regulated environment is essential
