We're looking for a Senior Service Designer with experience in telecoms environments to help design and improve end-to-end connectivity services across both fixed and mobile networks.
This role is focused on service design, fulfilment journeys, operational processes, and customer experience, rather than hands-on network engineering or low-level infrastructure configuration.
The successful candidate will work across product, operations, network, and delivery teams to design scalable, customer-centric service journeys for connectivity products including fixed-line services and mobile/APN-based solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working within a telecoms / connectivity / ISP environment
- Proven background as a Senior Service Designer, CX Designer, or Customer Journey Designer
- Strong experience designing operational and fulfilment journeys rather than purely UI/UX design
- Understanding of fixed connectivity services such as fibre, Ethernet, broadband, or WAN connectivity
- Knowledge of mobile connectivity concepts including APNs, SIM-based services, LTE/5G connectivity, or IoT/mobile data services
- Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
