Project Scheduler (Contract) Location: Dartford (On-site) Duration: 3 Months Start: ASAP Role Overview We are looking for a Project Scheduler / Coordinator to support our customer on a large device refresh project, involving the coordination of laptop collections and associated project activities. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent customer service skills, strong Excel capability, and the ability to manage schedules, communications, and data accurately. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule laptop collections with end users. Act as the main point of contact for users via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams. Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and records. Ensure collection activities are planned and completed within agreed timescales. Update and manage records using Excel and ServiceNow. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience. Produce regular status updates and progress reports. Skills
