We're looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join a dynamic Infection Prevention & Surgical Solutions team, supporting clinical excellence and product adoption across acute hospital settings. This is a highly collaborative, field-based role where you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Education, Marketing, and Clinical teams to deliver impactful clinical education, data collection, and customer engagement programmes.
A key focus will be supporting Normothermia Assessment projects, helping clinical teams improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and education.
- Support Normothermia Assessment projects within key accounts, including structured clinical data collection
- Deliver clinical education and product training to theatre and ward-based teams, including bedside support
- Work under the direction of the National Sales Manager, contributing to both clinical and commercial objectives
- Apply evidence-based clinical knowledge to drive product adoption and strengthen customer relationships
Requirements:
- Registered healthcare professional (Nurse, ODP, or similar)
- Current or recent operating theatre experience (3-5 years in acute care)
- Experience supporting surgical and/or anaesthetic procedures
- Proven experience delivering clinical education, training, or seminars
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous industry/medical device experience
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems (training provided)
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to train, coach, and educate healthcare professionals effectively
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
