Salary: £30,000 per year (plus on call allowance)

Working hours: 09:00-17:30

Location: Fully on-site in Lytham St Annes

Security Clearance: SC Clearance but candidate can start once their BPSS Clearance comes through

We are recruiting for an experienced Onsite Services Engineer to join a busy IT support team delivering high-quality onsite and deskside support services. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on hardware experience who enjoys working in customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite/deskside and remote support within SLA targets
  • Perform hardware break-fix, device replacements and IMAC activities
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Manage ticket updates, escalations and user communication
  • Support additional customer sites where required
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous IT Support, Deskside or Field Engineering experience
  • Strong Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hardware support, networking and remote access technologies
  • Exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Office / Office 365 beneficial
  • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities
