We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with a Windows 11 migration project across 3 sites in the Cardiff area. This is a short-term 4-day contract, ideal for engineers available immediately.
The Role
- You will be working alongside existing on-site engineers, providing hands-on support to end users during and after the migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting users with first-time logins on Windows 11 devices
- Providing basic troubleshooting and support
- Supporting with common issues such as:
- Reconnecting / re-adding printers
- Login or user profile queries
- Delivering a friendly, user-focused support experience on-site
