We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with a Windows 11 migration project across 3 sites in the Cardiff area. This is a short-term 4-day contract, ideal for engineers available immediately.

The Role

  • You will be working alongside existing on-site engineers, providing hands-on support to end users during and after the migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting users with first-time logins on Windows 11 devices
  • Providing basic troubleshooting and support
  • Supporting with common issues such as:
    • Reconnecting / re-adding printers
    • Login or user profile queries
  • Delivering a friendly, user-focused support experience on-site

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
  • Comfortable supporting Windows 10/11 environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with on-site teams
  • Reliable and available for the full contract duration
