Outside IR35 Pay £400 a day 3 month rolling contract. ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a RAN Delivery Lead on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of radio access network (RAN) sites from nomination through to operational handover within a designated region.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to design, acquire, construct and activate sites, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful site deployment aligned with project, programme and business objectives.
  • Monitor site delivery performance, proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies to maintain programme targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements throughout the site deployment lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering RAN deployment programmes involving multiple suppliers, contracts and delivery partners.
  • Strong technical knowledge of one or more key site deployment disciplines, including design, acquisition, and construction.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, quality and compliance requirements, with a focus on right-first-time delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and leadership groups.
  • Strong decision-making, problem solving, and analytical capabilities, using data and insights to drive operational and strategic outcomes.
