Network Support Engineer (Azure/Palo Alto) Contract | Fully Remote | US Hours (2pm-10pm GMT/BST) Rate: £400-£450 per day, Inside IR35 6-Month Contract We\’re seeking a skilled Azure Network Support Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Azure networking and Palo Alto firewall technologies, who thrives in a dynamic, agile environment. As an Azure Network Engineer, you will be responsible for: Support the transformation from a legacy Hub-and-Spoke setup to a Secure Azure vWAN Hub, ensuring seamless migration and sustained network performance across business divisions. Create and maintain support documentation using shadowing and reverse-shadowing techniques. Provide hands-on support for migrations to Azure Secure vWAN Hub. Act as the primary point of contact for network support within the squad. Independently manage and resolve support issues, including vendor escalations. Collaborate with engineers and testers on migration activities, DR tests, and out-of-hours work when needed. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven skills and experience to help you succeed in this role: Strong knowledge of Azure networking. Hands-on experience with Azure vWAN Hub and Palo Alto Cloud NGFW. VPN configuration with other cloud providers and appliances. Proficient in managing Palo Alto NGFW features.
