  • Promote a broad portfolio of data centre solutions including networking, structured cabling, physical security, electrical infrastructure, liquid cooling, IoT and Pro AV technologies.
  • Develop joint business opportunities through strategic relationships with vendors, partners and channel organisations.
  • Oversee bids, proposals, customer presentations and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline development and business performance reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and maintain commercial advantage.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless customer solutions and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B strategic sales within technology, infrastructure, networking, telecommunications or data centre environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing regional, national or key account sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering revenue and profitability growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful account-led growth strategies.
  • Experience working across complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and business planning capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the data centre industry and its key market drivers would be highly advantageous.
