2nd Line Engineer
Location: London, SE1
Salary: £30,000-£38,000 depending on experience
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days working from hom
We're looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join a growing technical team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong IT support background who wants to continue developing their skills across Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Azure and PowerShell automation .
The Role
You'll provide hands-on technical support to users and client environments, troubleshooting a range of Microsoft and Windows-related issues. Alongside day-to-day support, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved with scripting and automation to help improve and streamline support processes.
