We are working with a global organisation seeking a Red Hat Linux Engineer to join their permanent team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a large-scale operation while working flexibly from home, with just one visit to the office each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
  • Design technical solutions to meet evolving infrastructure requirements
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline support and operations
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver secure and scalable platforms

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Strong understanding of system administration, patching, and troubleshooting
  • Awareness of Ansible and its use in infrastructure automation

Desirable:

  • Exposure to related Linux distributions (CentOS, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux)
  • Experience with VMware and LAMP stack environments
  • Red Hat certification (e.g. RHCSA, RHCE)
  • Familiarity with scripting, container tools, or monitoring platforms
