The IT Operations and Compliance Lead will own and operate our Internal IT and Compliance function. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for secure, stable and scalable internal technology operations. The role ensures audit readiness, effective governance and strong operational discipline across infrastructure, applications and security controls.
You will act as the operational engine for Internal IT and Compliance, working closely with the Head of Business Transformation and Technical Director to maintain control, resilience and growth readiness.
