Azure Cloud Engineer/Architect – Contract (Inside IR35) Location: Leeds (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week on-site) Rate: £400-£500 per day (Inside IR35) 6-month contract We are supporting a major IT service provider looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer/Architect to support cloud cost optimisation and platform delivery. You\’ll play a key role in designing, building, and operating Azure landing zones, ensuring they\’re secure, scalable, and aligned with best practice. Key responsibilities: -Design and implement Azure landing zones -Build secure, scalable cloud architectures -Operate and optimise Azure environments -Implement governance, security, and networking best practice -Work closely with platform, DevOps, and service teams Key skills & experience: -Strong Azure engineering and architecture experience -Azure landing zone (CAF) implementation -Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, automation) -Networking, identity (Entra ID), and security controls -Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM) -Experience working in an MSP or multi-tenant environment Further information available upon application.
