We're currently recruiting for an IT Warehouse Deployment Engineer to join a busy warehouse based deployment operation in Dartford.
This is a hands on role working within a staging and logistics environment, where you'll be responsible for building, configuring and preparing IT equipment ready for deployment to end users. You'll be working with a range of devices including laptops, desktops, Microsoft Surface devices, Macs and iPads whilst ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and processed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure end-user devices
- Enrol devices into Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Asset tagging and inventory management
- Process device refreshes, returns and disposals
- Maintain accurate asset and CMDB records
- Follow ITIL-based processes and ticket management procedures
- Prepare equipment for customer deployment
- Work with Dell, Microsoft Surface, Apple Mac and iPad devices
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in IT deployments, device builds, rollouts or warehouse staging
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory control
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
