ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a Governance Manager on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Demand Process Governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Design, document, and update procedures for invoice validation and related financial processes.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Commercial analysis of program rollout and future demands.
