We're seeking a Governance Lead to define and manage resilience policy, process, and controls to strengthen governance within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain resilience policies, processes, and operating model
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and internal control frameworks
  • Oversee control execution, compliance, and exception management
  • Define and track KPIs to measure governance and control effectiveness
  • Drive governance maturity, risk identification, and remediation actions
  • Collaborate across Technology and Resilience teams to embed best practice
  • Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and governance forums

Requirements:

  • Experience working with regulatory and risk management frameworks in financial services
  • Strong experience in governance, risk, controls, or technology risk management roles
  • Proven track record of defining and embedding policy, process, and control frameworks
