- Proven experience working within a Third Line/IT Engineer role
- Strong IT troubleshooting experience across infrastructure, networking, and business applications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Desktop, and Server environments
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and server administration
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Act as our onsite escalation point for IT support issues across users, systems, and infrastructure
- Support day-to-day infrastructure operations including servers, networking, hardware installation, and equipment racking
- Assist with project delivery and system rollouts
- Liaise between local users and our global IT teams
- Support business-critical system changes and provide hypercare during rollouts
