Dell OME Consultant – Contract

• UK-based

• Travel required

• Inside IR35

• 6-month initial contract (likely to extend)

We\’re looking for an experienced Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME) Consultant to support the ongoing use, upgrades, and optimisation of the platform. This role involves reviewing the current implementation to ensure best practice alignment and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and refine the current Dell OME implementation

• Manage upgrades, patches, and platform updates

• Advise on best-practice configuration and usage

• Monitor server health, firmware compliance, and hardware lifecycle

• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise with Dell OpenManage Enterprise

• Strong knowledge of server infrastructure and monitoring tools

• Experience in enterprise IT environments

• Ability to identify improvements and lead technical enhancements

• Self-sufficient, with excellent problem-solving skills
