We are recruiting for an IT service company looking for admin staff to work in their office supporting a device Refresh Project. This role is suited to someone who is hardworking and has good attention to detail. This is an administrative role supporting device collection activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to users to arrange device deliveries and collections
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Tracking Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Managing tickets on the customer system (service now)
- General administrative support as required
Skills Required:
- Confident on the telephone
- Good organisational skills
- Basic Excel / spreadsheet experience
You will need to either have BPSS (within the last 6 months) or be put through it before starting.
