We're recruiting for a leading organisation seeking an SC Cleared ServiceNow Administrator to support the ongoing operational management of their ServiceNow CMDB environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB in a BAU environment.
- Ensure CI accuracy and data quality.
- Maintain new and updated service mappings.
- Monitor and improve Discovery data quality.
- Support the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Participate in the CMDB working group.
- Drive outcomes with CI Data Owners.
- Produce CMDB reporting and governance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience administering ServiceNow CMDB.
- Strong understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practices.
- Experience with CI data quality, Service Mapping and Discovery.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive data governance.
- Active SC Clearance is essential, candidates without this will not be considered.
