Shopper Marketing Executive – Bracknell (Hybrid, 4 Days in Office) 📍 Location: Bracknell (4 days per week in HQ – non-negotiable) 💰 Pay rate: £22.41 – £24.99 per hour ⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week Are you a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for connecting brands to consumers? We’re seeking a Shopper Marketing Executive to join our Bracknell HQ and bring campaigns to life across the UK retail environment. About the Role As a Shopper Marketing Executive , you’ll manage seasonal campaigns, shopper activations, and consumer communications across multiple brands, including Command, Scotch, Post-it , and others within your remit. Accounts are TBC , as we are realigning due to internal moves, so this is a great chance to shape the role. You will be: Lead shopper marketing execution plans across retail accounts, including free-standing display unit activations . Manage SKU creation, pricing, and marketing operations such as purchase orders and budgets. Develop deep insight into shopper behaviour to inform campaigns and drive results. Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with retail partners, understanding their go-to-market strategies and target audiences. Analyse marketing performance and evaluate the financial viability of marketing tactics to optimise future strategies. Travel occasionally for customer meetings (on average once per quarter ).
