Business Development Manager – Northern UK Location: Covering Northern UK from Leicester to Carlisle Salary: £53,000 – £62,000 (Based on 75% Basic and 25% OTE) Permanent Job Description I am working with one of the world’s leading and most well known manufacturing brands. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team specialising their graphic market sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business and sell into some of the largest and most well-known distributors in the UK and Europe. As a Business Development Manager you will have an impact by: Sales generation and penetration of specific products, including printable films, coloured films, overlaminates, surface finishes and glass finishes. Delivery/ownership of a defined sales quota Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support. Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimized Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts Skills & Expertise Bachelor’s degree – preferred but not essential Strong sales experience preferably selling via Distribution/Channel partners Strong collaboration skills Team player with lots of energy Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results Proven record of success Graphic Market Industry experience Graphic Product knowledge and/or sales experience Experience of working in a corporate matrix environment Location Territory is from Leicester up to Carlise so this role is ideal for somebody based in or around Yorkshire
