ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a RAN Delivery Lead on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects in the North of England.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination through to handover to operations, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to manage the design, acquisition, construction and activation of RAN sites.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful RAN site delivery in line with programme and business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and support timely resolution of issues to maintain delivery performance.
- Ensure all RAN deployment activities are carried out in compliance with Health & Safety standards, quality requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.
Key Skills
- Proven experience delivering RAN deployment programmes across multiple suppliers, contractors and delivery partners.
- Strong technical knowledge of one or more key aspects of RAN site deployment, including design, acquisition or construction.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, with a focus on quality, compliance and a right-first-time approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills with experience using data and insights to support operational and strategic delivery.
