Product Owner

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who\’s end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Product Owner/Business Analyst on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure understanding and successful delivery
• Supporting a Implementation of ServiceNow

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
• Vast experience with ServiceNow ITSM and FSM modules and deliveries
• Telecommunications background (Essential)
