Role Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Presales Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft’s technology ecosystem to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with sales teams, clients, and delivery units to design innovative, scalable, and secure Microsoft-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead during the presales process, engaging with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Design and present end-to-end solutions built on Microsoft’s technology stack including but not limited to:
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP)
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in designing and architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and migration strategies (e.g., Exchange to Microsoft 365, on-prem to Azure).
- Proficiency with security and compliance features in Microsoft’s cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud automation, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
- Experience with licensing models and commercial aspects of Microsoft products.
