We’re looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives. This role is all about helping existing customers move from older analogue phone services to modern digital solutions ahead of the UK-wide switch-off in January 2027. You’ll be speaking to customers, explaining the changes in simple terms, and guiding them through upgrading their services — ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting existing customers via phone and video
- Explaining the analogue switch-off and what it means for them
- Recommending suitable digital alternatives (full training provided)
- Answering questions and handling objections confidently
- Agreeing pricing and securing customer sign-off
- Accurately recording customer details and passing orders internally
- Working towards individual and team targets
