ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a PMO/Project Coordinator on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects. This role requires a strong background in telecoms operations and change management, with particular emphasis on raising and managing CRQs within a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-site upgrade and overnight migration activities across multiple locations
  • Raise, monitor, and manage CRQs (Change Requests) within the change management process
  • Raise and track changes within Remedy/Ace to ensure all activities are logged and compliant
  • Manage hardware stock levels and support logistics planning for engineering activities
  • Maintain and update Excel-based trackers, reporting documents, and project records

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working within a telecoms environment
  • Essential experience raising and managing CRQs within a live operational environment
  • Strong understanding of change management and governance processes
  • Experience using Remedy/Ace or similar ticketing and change management systems
  • SC Clearance is essential, or candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo SC Clearance immediately
