We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager with a proven track record of improving accessibility and visibility of core infrastructure and business-critical systems within a similar environment. The successful candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure technology solutions that prioritise a positive end-user experience.
This role requires a hands-on and adaptable professional who can work effectively across a business with varying levels of technical understanding. The Infrastructure Manager will recognise technology as a business enabler and will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with on-site management teams to enhance the overall end-user experience across technology platforms.
- Ensure all infrastructure activities are appropriately documented, maintaining clear and accurate processes and procedures.
- Manage and support core infrastructure technologies across the organisation.
- Oversee and maintain cyber security toolsets and ensure adherence to security best practice.
- Support and deliver system integrations across key business functional areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure services, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational effectiveness.
- Demonstrable experience within an IT Infrastructure role, ideally within a multi-site organisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Security-focused approach to infrastructure design and management.
- Technical experience across core infrastructure technologies, including:
- Microsoft cloud technologies such as Entra, Intune, and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Network technologies, including Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti
- Management and support of Windows, Apple, and Android devices
- Experience working with cyber security toolsets, including:
- Anti-malware and endpoint protection solutions
- Email filtering technologies
- Web filtering technologies
