They are now looking for a Channel Manager to join their Electronics Division covering Northern Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business and support the development of customer relationships and market understanding with some of North Europe’s leading electronic component and material distributors.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct responsibility for Electronics Key Accounts in Northern Europe
- Identification of new business opportunities for technologies across North Europe within the Electronics Market
- Achieve sales goals through developing and driving Channel growth plans
- Develop and execute plans to drive innovative new products into Electronics component and material Channels
- Strong Key Account management and relationship development within existing account base in order to maximize future growth potential
- Strategic alignment and tactical coordination across the organisation with Global Business Platform leaders and Marketing teams
- Sales Enablement: Drive partner enablement programs, training, certifications, and joint go-to-market activities to maximise channel performance
- Identification and monitoring of market trends, opportunities and risks within the target market sectors
- Maintaining highest level of business compliance and quality standards
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Electronics market, Electronic components and materials, and the value chain – i.e. Interconnect, thermal solutions, EMC solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders
- Good knowledge of CRM systems
- Business or Marketing degree level or equivalent qualification/experience
