We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Infrastructure team, tasked with developing, maintaining, and supporting a global IT environment spanning 100+ locations and 9,000+ employees. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while driving the migration of on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions.
- Oversee and optimize global cloud and on-premises IT systems, ensuring uptime and security.
- Lead infrastructure initiatives to align IT capabilities with business requirements.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support, resolving complex IT incidents and mentoring support teams.
- Safeguard data integrity and IT systems while enforcing security best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external service providers to maintain and enhance infrastructure performance.
- Develop and refine IT standards, procedures, and system documentation for streamlined operations.
- Work alongside the global IT team to implement and support enterprise-wide IT initiatives.
- Ensure robust backup solutions and regularly test data restoration capabilities.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Defender ATP, OneDrive, and cloud automation. Advanced proficiency in Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019), Active Directory, and Group Policy administration. Networking expertise, particularly LAN/WAN, Aruba wireless networks, and HPE servers/switches. Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management tools such as Intune & Defender. Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy in a corporate environment. Customer-focused, ensuring seamless IT support and user experience. Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
