They are now looking for a North Europe Channel Sales Leader to join their team specialising in one of their high-end brands focused in the automotive finishing sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business and sell into some of the largest and most well-known distributors in the UK and Europe.
As a Channel Sales Leader you will have an impact by:
- Identifying growth plans through customer/product knowledge, and opportunity assessment Achieving growth targets through existing accounts and new distribution which will include target areas across retail channels in North Europe to capture car enthusiasts.
- Opening new business opportunities by leveraging our category management processes to build compelling business cases through a clear understanding of retailer strategy, shopper insights, data analytics and trade activation
- Execute, in conjunction with central functions and the local shopper marketing team, the channel planning, forecasting, pricing, customer incentive management and accounts receivable processes for Consumer Business Group.
- Responsible for personal development to include Category Management, Negotiation, Corporate Training programmes and tailored learning.
Skills & Expertise
- Sales and/or work experience in the retail/ FMCG market
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Customer focused, ability to handle senior customer discussions and relationships.
- Business development mindset.
- Ability to develop and articulate local sales organisation needs, strong influencing skills.
- Exceptional communicator (local, regional, central functions) and ability to work across functions to a shared goal.
- Ability to lead and coach through change.
Location
- UK based with North Europe Region responsibility.
- Ideally located within a reasonable commute to the Daventry site
- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on-site, or hybrid)
- Travel: May include up to 40% travel – UK, Ireland and North Europe geography
