We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Desk Based Account Manager to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll re-engage with dormant or unmanaged accounts, uncover new opportunities, and build strong, lasting partnerships. You’ll play a key part in guiding businesses through the PSTN/ISDN switch-off, helping them transition to modern, scalable solutions in connectivity, VoIP, cloud, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconnect with dormant or unmanaged accounts, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Identify opportunities for product sales and upselling across our portfolio
  • Educate clients on the PSTN switch-off, positioning us as their trusted migration partner
  • Deliver tailored solutions in connectivity, VoIP, cloud, and cyber security
  • Present proposals, negotiate deals, and close business confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
