Job Opportunity: Data Centre Technician

Location: Warrington – ONSITE

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rack Build & Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise in network installations and field services while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure network hardware, including switches, routers, and APs.
• Perform rack builds, staging, and processing of network equipment.
• Manage network data cable installations at customer sites.
• Collaborate with the Network Operations Centre for seamless network management.
• Maintain stock and manage hardware allocations.
• Provide on-site network repairs and troubleshooting.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in network installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking equipment and devices (e.g., routers, switches, APs).
• Familiarity with firewall systems and network security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and technical teams.
• Previous experience in warehouse and stock management is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
