We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Scheduler to support IT device refresh and deployment projects. The role will involve coordinating project activities, scheduling resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deployments are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule engineers and deployment activities.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and escal
- Liaise with customers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Produce project status updates and reports.
- Support Project Managers with project administration and coordination.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Scheduler role.
- Experience coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Desirable
- Experience supporting IT device refresh, rollout, or migration projects.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Experience within an IT services or managed services environment.
