Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team in Belfast.
This is a hands‑on role supporting infrastructure, business applications, and end users, while also contributing to IT projects and system improvements across the business.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Support and maintain Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and server environments.
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and system migrations.
- Work closely with local users, business stakeholders, and global IT teams.
- Provide hands‑on support including hardware installations, network cabling, user administration, and technology rollouts.
- Travel to European sites on occasion to support project and operational requirements.
