As an Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers—building trusted relationships, driving growth, and delivering real business outcomes. You’ll be their go-to advisor, helping them navigate complex digital challenges with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Grow and develop customer accounts through strategic conversations and solution selling.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts.
- Understand each client’s digital strategy and represent their needs across the business.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account development plans in Salesforce.
- Lead regular account reviews, QBRs, and present opportunities internally and externally.
- Actively engage with vendors and partners to enhance value and drive growth.
