ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation where you will be responsible for developing and implementing overall testing and QA strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
As a Test Automation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the existing test team to review Automated Test Framework (ATF) test scripts, and test strategy approach.
- Analysing deliverables with the existing test script approach and recommending how the business can streamline a more focused test suite which covers appropriate test coverage.
- Day-to-day management of the Testing team, including workload management and issue resolution as required.
- Applying an understanding of different test approaches, tools and techniques.
- Hands-on with ATF scripting.
- Delivering a revised test strategy approach for the platform.
Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:
- Previous experience as a Test Automation Manager/Automation Test Manager/Senior Test Consultant within large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on with Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripting.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Financial Services (essential).
